RECIPE: The Best Creole/Cajun Seasoning Mix

This is an excellent seasoning mix. I mixed it up to use for Creole Poached Chicken Breasts and the chicken was wonderful! The next night I sprinkled some on popcorn...YUMM!

RECIPE: A Walk Through the Garden Mayonnaise

Very very good. I will say this is more of a dressing consistensy for my salad than a spread or dip or maybe mine didn't turn out exactly, b/c it's runny like a dressing. I didn't drain my pimento..but their wasn't all that much juice in the jar...
