RECIPE: Walnut-Pear Sour Cream Cake
Delicious! I used Greek yogurt instead of the sour cream and it worked great. I think next time I might add one extra pear for more fruit taste, and maybe a sprinkle of cardamom on the pears.

RECIPE: Easy Banana Bread
We enjoyed this so much. I used 2 tsps. of cinnamon and 2 tsps. of vanilla. Instead of nuts, I used chocolate chips. I baked it in a large bundt pan for about 1 hr. and 20 min. at 325. I suggest using Pan Release, Professional Pan Coating...

RECIPE: Hot Cocoa for One
Sweet and easy. I subbed soy milk; next time I may slightly cut the sugar. Much better than packaged instant, which oftentimes has a strange aftertaste.
