Is 80 ounces of mixed vegetables correct!?
that seems like an extreme amount for a recipe with one pound of meat. Should it be more like 32 ounces??

RECIPE: Tibetan Greens With Tofu (Tse Tofu)
This had an ok flavor but nothing spectacular. The tofu soaked up all the juices so there wasn't much sauce to go with the rice I served with it.
