RECIPE: Chipotle Copycat Lime Rice Recipe

You must use BASMATI rice. I'm convinced that people who complain that it came out mushy are using something else. If your rice is mushy dump it in a rice cooker for $30 after you saute' it and I can guarantee you it will turn out perfectly...
