RECIPE: Island Fusion Carrot Cake (Vegetarian)

Made this cake many times and it is DELICIOUS! Thank You for the recipe. Will keep making the recipe. I substitute the eggs with flax-seed and bananas. Next time will try something new to make the cake a little different. Thanks!

RECIPE: "sneaky" Chocolate Zucchini Cupcakes Kids Love

I opted to make these in a 9x13 pan. I followed your recipe except for the zucchini part. lol I already had bagged my shredded zucchini in 2 cup portions - so just threw the whole bag in. It didn't seem to affect the outcome as the boys inhaled...
