quote Hi, I want to try to learn to cook some Caribbean dishes. (I'm an OK cook and know my way around a kitchen somewhat.)
What I'd like to know is, what are some dishes that you feel would be good for a newbie to get his feet wet with?
Thanks for any ideas.
