Has anyone pressure-canned dried beans (kidney, navy and the like) before?
If so, how?
Thanks!

RECIPE: Sweet Pickle Relish
I love this recipe! It is sweet but I like it that way! I added a bit more cukes as I had to use them up and there was plenty of juice. Turned out perfect! I will preserve my cucumbers this way every harvest!

RECIPE: Apple Pie Filling
First off, these ingredients are right off the Minute Tapioca box. So I hope the canning time is correct. This smells delicious. I hope this is good as I am canning 7 bushels with this recipe..YES 7 BUSHELS! That is 350 pounds. It smelled so good...

RECIPE: Spicy Pepper Plum Jam
I made this with Jalapenos out of my garden and plums out of my tree. Excellent! I also fried Chicken breast in it (& little water) and sprinkled toasted sesame seeds over the top....Bam! Damian Somewhere in Washington
