RECIPE: Mom's Best Tomato Soup Canning Recipe

This soup was extremely good...heaven in a bowl. Like another reviewer mentioned, I would NOT recommend canning this in a water bath...I canned it in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.

RECIPE: Chocolate Raspberry Jam (Canning Recipe)

We made two batches of this jam and it was an instant hit with the three cooks who made it recently in my kitchen. We loved the subtle chocolate flavor. Hint: it pays to use a very good chocolate! The color, consistency and texture were perfect....

RECIPE: Quick Pickles

These pickles are FABULOUS!!! I shared a sample with a coworker and they absolutely went crazy for them. My batch is almost gone and I made them in August. They really add zip to any sandwich. Super easy recipe, too.
