RECIPE: Broccoli Cheese Soup in the Crock Pot
Wow. For such a quick, throw-together soup, this is darn good! It's nice and thick. I used 1/2 of a big sweet Vidalia onion. I gave the soup a quick whiz with the immersion blender for a second or two. This recipe was a pleasant surprise....
