RECIPE: The Best Apple Pie Muffins Ever
Yum. I already had some leftover topping that I used. The muffins were delicious. Froze the leftovers.

RECIPE: Swedish Baked Pancake
We thought this was pretty bland - spiced up it could be pretty good. It was super easy though. I baked it in a 11x7 but would recommend a 9X13 to thin it out just a bit. We topped this with a peach rum sauce and peaches.

RECIPE: Johnny's Jacks
This is definitely a great improvement on the way I used to make pancakes ~ Simple & easy to make, AND absolutely satisfying topped with some real butter & a pure maple syrup! [Tagged, made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]
