I saw fat-free half-and-half at my grocery store and I do not see how it is possible to have fat-free half-and-half. Can anyone educate me?

I had the berry cheesecake with a few alterations, I only added blueberry's and cream cheese (no jam) to the oats with a sprinkling of salt and truvia. It was delicious!

RECIPE: Awesome Blueberry Muffins
These were very, very good. Made them with my teenage daughter and used frozen berries, as that was all we had. Also used brown sugar in the topping. We will make these again!

RECIPE: Blueberry Dessert Bars
We really liked this! One trick is to put a little less than the whole can of blueberry in the recipe - then it is not as goopy! Great taste and the kids loved helping make it!
