RECIPE: Black and Red Fiesta Beans With Rice

great recipe, very healthy, filling, and takes great. I used a can of diced tomato w/ juice rather than tomato sauce. I will be making this again soon!

RECIPE: Black Bean Salad

Great salad! Very fresh tasting, easy and healthy. I made this just as written, using parsley and cilantro. I used the goat cheese, and it was perfect, and I think feta or queso fresco would be great subs. Thanx for posting !
