RECIPE: Bubble Tea Sugar Syrup

Thank you for posting exact measurements. Every other recipe listed the ingredients as "parts" and each one was different. Thanks, I'm going to make Chai Bubble Tea now.

Oh what a find - you nailed it! Thank you! I've been searching for a product similar to Coke Blak and had given up entirely. This recipe has the distinct flavor that Blak had - and without the high price of the original.

This turned out good i used a large pie pan glass and i baked it till it was real brown made it crispy like cookie crust I did a diffrent topping on this I used 1/2 pkg cream cheese whipped till smooth with 3/4 cup milk then dumped in 1 small pkg...
