quote I really like the concept of green bean casserole but i truley HATE mushrooms, and while i could make it the way it says with the cream of shrooms soup i would sit thru dinner and pick every remnant of mushroom out before i ate it ..lol

RECIPE: Heathier Banana Pumpkin Spice Bread

Really delicious! I used the recipe as written as a base and made some changes: I used fresh pumpkin puree instead of canned, applesauce instead of oil, ground flax seed in place of eggs, sucanat sugar, and I added some chopped walnuts. Wonderful
