RECIPE: Jalapeno-Red Bean-BBQ Burgers
I left out the jalapeno and the egg, and like other reviewers, I added twice the breadcrumbs. These went over alright - they didn't have much flavor or substance themselves so the meal became all about the toppings, which didn't go over too well...

RECIPE: Sweet and Sour Tofu Stir-Fry
I liked this, but when I make it again I will do a few things differently. I'll sweeten the sauce just a tad, and marinate the tofu cubes in it overnight after pressing, so they get permeated with the flavor. I'm going to try dusting the cubes...
