RECIPE: Florentines With Berry Ice Cream

These were really tasty. I had to stop myself from eating the mix straight out of the bowl before I put it in the oven! They're lovely on ice cream. A great recipe!

RECIPE: Kibrisli Kolokas - Turkish Cypriot Taro Casserole

Woops, I made this a long time ago for NA*ME Tag but never reviewed it. W loved this!! Taro is interesting stuff & I don't know how to describe it except it was a different starchy than potatoes & sweetish.

These were scrumptious, Really quick and easy to make. I just served them with some salad. I was great meal. I did add some pepper flakes for a little kick, just personal taste. I will be making this often. Thank you
