RECIPE: Cherry Cake

Delicious and easy to make!! I used some frozen sour pie cherries that I had in the freezer and I frosted it with a buttercream icing. It is now a household favorite!

RECIPE: BBQ Potatoes

This made a very quick to fix side for the grill. The potatoes were russets. I did add several cloves of sliced garlic. They were cooked on the grill in heavy duty foil. Made for PAC Spring 2008

RECIPE: BBQ Potatoes

Reviewed for PAC Spring 08 Quick and easy to put together. I baked mine in the oven. I wasn't sure if I should seal the foil into a package or just leave it covered- I sealed the package and then uncovered for the last few minutes of baking....
