RECIPE: Amazing Chicken Tortilla Soup!

Very, very good. I made this for football Sunday and it was a big hit. Makes you feel all warm inside. I love the fact that it is healthy, too. So many soups like this have cheese already in them. I liked that it was left out for a topping.
