RECIPE: Thick Chocolate Pudding

I wasn't as impressed with this as everyeone else seems to be...I thought the texture was great, but I wasn't a big fan of the flavor...I'm not sure what it was, but maybe I' m just so used to the instant stuff (with all the sugar) it has ruined me for other chocolate pudding! It was easy though, and was good with cool whip.

RECIPE: Toasted Grapefruit

Would never have thought to 'toast' grapefruit, but this really does make for a very interesting & satisfying lead-in to the omelet breakfast we had! Will do this much more in the future, for sure! [Tagged, made & reviewed as a recipenap in the Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Swap 16]

RECIPE: Tortilla Espanola (Traditional Spanish Potato Omelete).

Made this recipe pretty much as given, but didn't peel the potatoes, & I did cut the amounts in half since there were only 2 of us! Easy to make (in spite of all the steps) & we had a great tasting breakfast, coupled with another great recipe, Toasted Grapefruit!
