Not all that far from many others.. A bit more of the clean citrus taste and a little more tang from the hot sauce and white pepper. I'm not too much of a fan of cilantro, but the dried cilantro leaves work well here without the overpowering taste... MORE»

Most (legal) conch are found frozen at your fish monger. I use about a pound of conch and supplement it with a can of minced clams. If you can't get conch, use all clams and turn it into clam chowder. That works too. MORE»
