Olive Oil Lettuce Salad Dressing

A great dressing with lettuce, scallions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes... Crush some thin flat breads on top, to add a "crunch". The dressing makes quite a lot so store in the refrigerator. Just let mix again with a fork before using. MORE»
