One of the best dips ever, also good used as a spread for party sandwiches.

AWESOME! I've made it a few times now and have people requesting that I bring it to their events! Even kids LOVE it! I had one girl tell her mom that she'd definetly eat spinach this way, even though she hates spinach! A REAL WINNER! Thanks for sharing this WONDERFUL recipe!

This is one of my family's favourite appetizers; I think the recipe originally came from the back of the Knorr vegetable soup package. I always use Hellman's Light mayo but I tried it with the Leek soup mix this time; it was just as delicious as the original version! In addition to its intended use, its worth the minor investment in a potato ricer to remove the water from the spinach. Thanx Kathy!

This is a very good spinach dip. I also like to substitute the Knorr Vegetable soup mix for Knorr Leek soup mix. Awesome in a round sourdough or pumpernickel loaf.

I love this spinach dip recipe. I usually serve it with sweet Hawaiian bread. Yummy.

I have also used this recipe for years.....everyone seems to like it even if they don't like spinach....and I think Hellmann's mayo is the best to use!!!

This used to be the standard thing I brought to every family gathering but it has been years since I made it. I made it again for a Christmas appetizer and it was polished off quickly. I put the dip in a hollowed pumpernickel bread and served the leftover bread and crackers as dippers. It was nice to see this recipe already posted, thanks!

This was a delicious dip! I took it to a Thanksgiving dinner party and everyone loved it - except for the spinach hater who wouldn't touch it (that was okay, more for everyone else!). Some people were even snacking on it AFTER eating the huge dinner!!! The only change I made was using Knorr's Leek Soup mix (that's all that I had in the house). The dip didn't suffer at all! I'm sure that I'll make this again and again!
