Great recipe, We love Tilapia I have a couple of recipes that I use and will add this one to make often. Dh really liked it. It doesn't mention what to do with the olive oil,So I didn't use it. I used release foil I did spray it with non-stick spray, I also sprayed the coating on the fish with pam this makes it stick really good therefore you can use more of the coating mix. The baking time is about right. We really enjoyed this fish and I will be making it again, Thank you.

Great flavour what more can I say. I used cod as we don't have tilapia sold here. It is well worth having all the spices and I thought I may try using these spices on a chicken fillet, I think it would work out great.

This is soooooo delicious! We love Tilapia at our house but don't have a lot of recipes for it, so I was thrilled to find this one. It really is an easy recipe and has a delicious flavor! I only had to bake mine for 10 minutes (6 on one side, 4 on the next), but our fillets were pretty thin. Thanks for sharing this recipe! We'll be making this time and time again.

I loved the spice combination here, lots of flavor but not spicy in the peppery sense of the word. Even a chili-head like me needs a break sometime. Since I've cut bread from my diet, I used cornmeal in place of breadcrumbs. It worked well but you have to like cornmeal. Thanks ladypit.

Yum! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this last night. It had just the right amount of spice. I coated the fish with the olive oil, and greased the pan with it since that seemed to be the locial thing to do. I will be making this again! I also left out the dry mustard since i didn't have any on hand. But i did brush the fish with a little brown mustard before coating in the seasoned breadcrumbs. Thanks!

Tried the recipe and it was great. The flavors are so good that I've tried the recipe using chicken and pork chops.

Before this I thought the only way to prepare fish was fried. This recipe was down right simple to prepare. Tasted super, and will be among the "tried and true" recipes in my collection. Only change made was I sprinkle lemon juice on any fish I prepare. Rest of the seasonings was measured as is and the fish came out perfect. Thanks for a great fish "fry" !

This is a GREAT recipe. I did alter it a bit tho. I did not use salt, green onions or the olive oil(To hold down the calories & fat). I used non-stick spray on the pan and a fat free butter with garlic flavored spray on the fish so it would hold the bread crumbs. I mixed all the dry ingredents together and put them into a small shaker bottle so I could use it as individual servings(my husband doesn't eat fish). I love the fact that the Tilapia doesn't have the "fishy" smell nor taste like other fish. I hope all that try this recipe love it as much as I do.

Wonderful recipe! I've made it at least five times already and it continues to command rave reviews from my hubby and 8 y/o daughter. I measured a triple batch of the spice blend (I omit the salt)into a ziplock and so prep time is even shorter and usually cook five fillets. We like this with either wild rice or mashed potatoes, as well as a green leafy veggie (steamed swiss chard, sauteed spinach or broccoli) and carrots. If I don't make plenty of veggies, my hubby will keep going back for more fish and I won't have enough to pack a lunch.
