These were quite nice, lovely and light, but I found they were lacking a little in peanut butter flavour (I'm a peanut butter fiend) I used a standard commercial peanut butter, so I may use natural next time as it has a stronger flavour. Maybe I'll try adding some chopped roasted peanuts next time as well. Because I used half whole-wheat flour, half white flour to up the halthy factor a little, I used a tad more baking powder to lift the heavier flour. Nice starter recipe, thanks!

I was desperate this morning for something quick and half way healthy. When I found this recipe I felt like it was sweet enough for the kids but not to junky for breakfast! These muffins went together quickly and were crinkly and beautiful when they came out of the oven. Texture was smoothe with a tiny bit of chewy. Thank you so much for this recipe! The girls put honey and butter on them, I personally like jelly.

I made these in a hurry for a Scout meeting in case the snack mom didn't show. They looked a bit dry, but I ate one on the way to the meeting and it was delicious! I was glad the snacks showed up - I was able to take these home and so we could eat them all ourselves! Thanks.

These were good, but a bit on the dry side. We prefer moist muffins, though, so that could simply be personal preference. The recipe yielded 6 muffins for me. Thanks for posting!

I really liked these muffins. I was looking for oatmeal muffins, but saw peanutbutter was an ingrediant and could not resist. I will keep looking for an oatmeal muffin, but this is my peanut butter recipe. I used old fashioned oatmeal.

I was really excited about this recipe, but it turned out being pretty bland. I added mini chocolate morsels to my second batch and it really improved the muffin. I wouldn't make this again without adding chocolate.

These were really good! I used whole wheat flour, oat flour & Splenda brown sugar blend. I also added 1/4 cup Splenda, natural peanut butter & 1/2 tsp cinn. I topped them with a cinn/Splenda before baking for 15 min. Came out moist & delicious. Loved the healthy ingredients, too. Thank you for sharing!
