YUM! these are wonderful, even if you have to deal with the dreaded cursed phyllo dough, lol. I cut back on the garlic, and added two tbs of Greek Seasoning. To make the assembly quicker, I used a cookie dough scoop to put the goat cheese mixture on the phyllo dough. Very nice presentation.

My friends devoured these at a recent get-together. A plate of these disappeared within minutes! They were enjoyed by all! Thanks Riff!
