I can only agree with the others that this is a very tasty dish, but I also have to add how flexible it is. I made this with a combination of cooked white and dark meat chicken, radiatorre pasta, romano cheese and plain yogurt (when I discovered I was out of sour cream). I also just added the paprika into the sauce instead of sprinkling over the top (gives a lovely color). My husband and I both loved it-- thanks for possting !

This was so great! Really rich, thick and delicious! My husband raved about it, which he doesn't do about many recipes and both my kids ate their full plates worth. I made the recipe exactly as written, and I loved it! Excellent recipe that is easy to put together and very delicious. I think this may be one of the new dishes I take to new moms. Thank you so much! Kristen

I tried this tonight for dinner, and it was delicious! The sauce was really thick, rich and creamy. I also added some peas for a little color. Turned out great!

This is a great casserole! I liked it so much that I immediately made a second batch! I used plain lowfat yogurt, skimmed evaporated milk, and sherry in the sauce. I use leftover blackened chicken, which flavored the sauce spicy. Loved everyone's great photos. Roxygirl in Colo.

A delicious, refreshing change from the red sauce! I used white wine, then relaxed with a glass while the "casserole" was in the oven. Thanx KelBel!

Fabulous!!! The sauce was fantastic, most sauces I've made like this have been thin but not this, this was thick and smooth! Delicious flavors and the chicken was moist and tender. Will be a regular in this family!

I have made this recipe about 4 times over the last couple of weeks... AWESOME!! I am so glad I have a new favorite meal to make, thank you so much, my family LOVES this!! I haven`t had any dry mustard or lemon juice in the house so I just excluded them. I`ve only had/used apple juice (instead of aj vinegar) and I top it with cheddar cheese!! mmm mmm good!

I, too, subbed yogurt and skim milk for the sour cream and half-and-half. It didn't change the thick creaminess of the casserole. Great way to use up some cooked chicken breast and hubby was especially enamored.

This is an awesome dish. I gave my husband a huge plate and I couldn't believe it when he went back for more. He's more of a meat and potatoes guy. I'd like to give this 10 stars if I could. Can't wait for leftover turkey to at Thanksgiving. This will be the recipe I use.
