This dish had simple preparation, but wonderful flavor. I used Alfredo Sauce for the Alfredo Sauce. The blend of flavors was excellent. I made extra alfredo sauce for a side of fettuccine and also served roasted asparagus. Divine meal.

This was just fabulous!! I made this for a dinner party for 5 people and everyone was giving accolades for how yummy this meal was. The only change I made was to roast the red bell pepper, then peel and slice after it cooled. I did broil the fish for just a moment after adding the alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese. I served this with a side of roasted asparagus and fettuccini with mushrooms and spinach. This is one special meal. Thanks so much!!

BETTER than at the restaurant! Instead of using straight creole seasoning, I mixed together some seasonings that were spicy but not HOT, for the 2 kiddos. I also used Reduced Fat Alfredo Sauce for the alfredo to lighten it up a little. I omitted the sweet red pepper because I didn't have any. This is my favorite dish at Ruby Tuesday, and frankly, I don't think I'll need to go there anymore, because I can make a better, and more figure friendly version at home! Next time I'll serve with steamed broccoli and seasoned rice just like the restaurant, but this time I made Microwave Sliced Baked Potatoes and creamed spinach, and thoroughly enjoyed a restaurant meal at home. Thanks SO much for posting!

When my husband is unable to stop saying, "Man, that was GOOD" for all of an entire night and the next day, something good has happened. LOL This was so delicious! I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday's in 5 years, but when I used to visit my Mom there, we always went out to eat at RT's and this is the dish I had. In fact, I couldn't vary my order, though I tried...it was that good! And now I'm so thankful to have access to a recipe that brings back that awesome flavor... and so ridiculously easily! This will be one of our tilapia staples and has gone straight into my ENCORE cookbook. We served it with steamed broccoli and rice mixed with sauteed onions and peppers. And might I highly recommend my husband's terrific alfredo sauce in Ravioli Prosciutto Alfredo With Herbes De Provence? (Three ingredients!) Thank you, Lisa, for a great recipe! Oh, by the way... my cats were glaring at me until I relented and handed each of them a small piece of fish. :D

This is a keeper! My husband loves RT's but we have to drive two hours to go there ~ no more! I just spiced up my Grandmother's white sauce for this instead of using Alfredo ~ added some parmesan and sour cream. Used Soul Seasoning (Creole) on the fish. Had frozen cooked shrimp on hand ~ SO easy. Thanks for the recipe!!

Excellent, easy dish, quite elegant in appearance. Any firm white fish will do, such as catfish fillets. My family enjoyed this dish immensely
