The directions are very easy to follow. Dinner was done in no time. I used a shoulder steak and sliced it while it was partially frozen. Instead of the packaged cabbage and carrot coleslaw, I used regular cabbage and shredded it in the food processor as well as a carrot. I reduced the amount of oil to 2 teaspoons and added 1 teaspoon of Hoisin Sauce with the soy sauce. Thanks for posting!

I just wanted to mention that I put the nutrition facts into my points calculator and came up with 18 points per serving. Beware that each pagckage of ramen noodles is actually TWO servings, and thus 16 points. Things must have been calculated differently when this recipe was first published. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

This is a delicious dinner for low points! I've only made it with
chicken and it was fantastic
thanks KelBel

I love this recipe. I have one just like it with a little variation. I marinade the sliced steak/or other meat in marinade: (2 Tbsp soy sauce+1 Tbsp. cornstarch+1 Tbsp.white vinegar+1 tsp.ground ginger+1 tsp. garlic powder)I marinade about 30 minutes. Great flavor-all else follows your recipe. Very simple weeknight dish-Try with broccoli and carrots also.

We LOVE this recipe! I have the WW magazine and have been making this for years. We use half a bag of cole slaw mix and save the other half to have it again in a few days. You can also make this with CHICKEN and chicken flavored ramen noodles. 5 stars either way!

We really enjoyed this.I added Hoisin sauce and only used one pky of noodles as I didn't want any left, maybe thats why it made it darker. It will be made again and again.

I have made this for years. It is one of my most favorite recipes out of the WW cookbook "Two's Company". It makes alot for 2 people. So if you are really hungry this is your best bet to fill you up. The flavor is outstanding and it is so easy to prepare. For a one dish meal you can't beat the 10 points. KelBel if you hadn't posted this I was going too. Great recipe that must be tried even if you are not watching your weight.

Great easy recipe, even my non-WW following hubby and girls enjoyed it. Used "brocco-slaw" mix instead of the other coleslaw mix, and it turned out great.
