10 Reviews of Instant Pudding Biscuits (Cookies)

These cookies are sooo easy, and they taste AWESOME!! I used French Vanilla instant pudding. This recipe made exactly 40 cookies. I sprinkled mine with a bit of colored sugar when they were done, just to add some color. The next time I make these, I am going to try pistachio pudding mix and add some chopped maraschino cherries. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe ~Manda

I was looking for a fast and easy cookie recipe to make that I had all the ingredients already in the pantry. This was perfect. I used vanilla pudding and sprinkled the cookies with colored sprinkles. My kids gobbled them right up!

Very quick and easy and made very crunchy cookies that looked like they came from a bakery for me. I scooped them out with a cookie scoop, made a thumbprint, then pushed in a cherry--couldn't have been much easier.

Evie, these are excellent. Really easy to make with ingredients I had on hand. The girls just loved eating them as well as making them. What a wonderful easy recipe that I will use often. I can see these being added to lunch boxes. Thanks for posting

Lovely!! I used Butterscotch pudding and it was so tasty! The dough came out a little dry but not unmanageable. I think my pudding mix was a little bigger than the recipe called for. I prepared the recipe as posted and wouldn't change a thing. The cookies were great! Thanks for posting!

These are so good! I've made them several times already - once with banana/chocolate pudding and once with Devil's food pudding. At first I was worried about how thick the dough was, but it makes the most perfect little round cookies you've ever seen! Great for mini-chefs too...my younger sisters not only helped me make this, but even took the recipe to school for a class project! Thanks for a wonderful addition to my personal cookbook!!!

These were okay, a bit dry. They were nice, because I used sugar free pudding (which may be why they were dry, so I don't fault the author at all) and they are nice sweet that is allowed on my diet.

These are great! I'd had a similar recipe awhile ago and lost it. I like the easy flavor options, but don't like the recipes that are based on Bisquick or other baking mixes. I wanted to do some cookies as a "thank you" to the team of guys in our computer department for some above-and-beyond efforts they made to help my department out. Needed a fair number of cookies, wanted to meet various taste preferences, and not too complicated or frilly (these are computer guys, not my m-in-l, LOL) I made three batches: Chocolate Fudge pudding with dark chocolate chips Butterscotch pudding with pecans Vanilla pudding with colored sugar sprinkles. Of course, it would have been cruel not to leave some behind for the fella who takes care of my home computer. He was happy with even the slightly scorched ones, and will get his own fresh batch of chocolate/chocolate by special request this weekend.
