If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would! I did add a pinch more curry and some pepper. Day 1 - served in a taco shell with cheese & sour cream. Day 2 - served with coconut rice. Extremely good and so very easy - I will make it again and again without doubt! My favorite curry recipe I have tried and dh loves curry so I have tried many. Love it!

Great dish and it smells wonderful while cooking. I used 4 boneless chicken breasts, coarse ground mustard and a sweet mild curry. The mustard and curry were a much milder flavor than expected. Easy, tasty dish that we will have again. Thanks.

I reviewed and forgot to rate, rated then forgot to re-type review so here's both: These were so ooey gooey good! Whole family loved them (my 2 yr old ate two! :0 I used 8 thighs, doubled the sauce and baked them on raised rack(see pic) basting with extra sauce (with a spoon not a brush)to let the fat drip off. Don't like to let meat cook in its own fat, personal pref. Whole family gave it 5 stars and will quickly become a regular dish! thx for the recipe Mindi

Fantastic! My boyfriend even saved the leftover sauce from the bottom of the pan, used it on sweet potatoes, then mixed it with mayo to create a sauce for salmon cakes!

A big hit in my house! Sweet and spicy, just like we like it. Next time I'll increase the curry, and I'll marinate the chicken for a while. Thanks for a fantastic recipe!

I'm rating this 5 stars because it is simple to prepare and just delicious. Used thighs & legs. I goofed and used a foil lined baking sheet instead of a casserole dish. The sauce is thin, so I had to be very careful when removing the pan. Will be sure to use a casserole dish next time - and there will be a next time! Thanks for this recipe.

This was super easy to make and very delicious. Haven't tried to many dishes using curry and wasn't sure I would like it. Both my children enjoyed it as did my husband. Will definitely make again. Thanks for sharing!!!

EXCELENT!!!! I cut up 4 large chicken breasts into small strips like a resturant would do. Used 2 teaspoons of curry powder, added a half teaspoon of paprika to give it some extra heat, and just simply covered the chicken and heated as recommended. Great with homemade fried rice!!!

YUMMMMM!!! I only knocked off 1 star because DH and I prefer the boneless skinless variety of chicken. I did, however, try the thighs (I didn't want to ruin the recipe)... next time we will be going with some boneless skinless breasts. This recipe is delicious served with steamed broccoli and whole wheat couscous. It's a keeper!

As a beginner, this recipe was awesome! It was really good and really easy! My fiance loved it! I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and 2x's the curry. It was wonderful. Thank you VERY MUCH!
