Made this last weekend and neglected to review it. This was excellent. I'd been craving it since I heard a group of friends talking about egg salad. I did add a bit of mustard and some finely diced red onion. We had this in a toasted pita. Thanks for another great, simple recipe!

I added a little onion and garlic powder to the mayo and mixed it with the eggs. I put a slice of tomato and a slice of avocado on the bread ...DELICIOUS!!!

I added a touch of minced onion, personal preference. As we all know the ratio of mayo to egg is vry important and I liked ti in this recipe. Served on Rye Bread.

Egg salad is one of life's simple pleasures. I used this to make sandwiches but it is good eaten right out of the bowl. I added a few chopped green onions because I needed to use them which was a nice little extra. However, this is excellent as is and will be made a lot at my house. Thanks.

....or eat outta the bowl with a spoon. Very simple recipe. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Put lottsa mayo in the eggs, so it squishes out of your rye bread sammie when you bite it; then you have to lick it off the crusts. A Yummy recipe that looks great with colours in it from too much Easter Egg dye.

Was sure this would at least need salt and pepper but it was just fine as written. Simply perfect.

I love simple egg salad and this nails it! I had some eggs in my fridge I wanted to use up before they hit their expiration date, so used Hard-Boiled Eggs to hard boil them and then followed your recipe. I found the perfect combo for me by using 5 eggs and 7 tablespoons of light miracle whip for some zang. I added salt, pepper, paprika, and ground mustard and served on wheat bread. WOW! That is one addicting sandwich.
Thanks for sharing!

I remember making this when i was a kid. I would come home from school while mom was still at work and make myself a quick simple egg salad sandwich to tie me over. I did feel like this egg salad was missing a little flavor though. I added some salt, pepper, and mustard. I also love just using it like a dip and eat it with crackers. Great starting recipe to tweak with.

Perfect, except I had to add salt and pepper. I love this still warm on toast or fresh white bread but it's also great on crackers or just out of the bowl. I used Hellmann's Light mayo and large eggs. Thanks for posting...it may be simple, but I'm sure there's people out there who don't know this basic recipe.

This was so easy. I love egg salad on everything from toasted rye bread to a dinner roll. Thank you for a simple, but good, recipe!
