I added extra garlic and anchovy paste. Really good and close to a Caesar taste. Well worth trying and enjoying.

Outstanding! I used an anchovy paste that contained olives and followed the recipe to a tee. I had thought about increasing the garlic as I was whirring away, but decided to stick with one clove and I am glad that I did. The resultant flavor is light and delicious and garlic doesn't overpower the rest of the ingredients. Truly a fabulous marriage of flavors!
