This tastes exactly like a dressing we fell in love with in Paris! Very simple & flavorful! Green or red leaf lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts & this dressing are the PERFECT combination. Thank you Bergy!

Have really lucked out in choosing home made dressings from Zaar, and yours is another winner! The touch of Dijon mustard does give it character, we loved the taste! Quite by accident I found vinaigrettes and and dressings blend and mellow so well when made the day before. Now I usually double or triple the recipes and they seem to get better every time I use them! (But of course you knew that!) Since they are so very good to start with the mellowing is suburb!

Oh YUM! This was simple to make and very tasty. I used it to dress a simple mixed greens salad. Thanks for sharing!

Good healthy alternative to prepackaged (think preservatives and who knows what other chemicals added) dressings. Fresh and flavorful. Thanks.

I needed a quick & easy dressing for a simple garden salad and BOY, am I glad I chose this one! I doubled it and, sorry, used bottled lemon juice. It was SO good. I'll definitely be making this again as I always have all of these ingredients on hand. We had the salad with steak and baked potatoes and, since we usually just put our salad on our plates with the rest of our dinner, we scooped up errant dressing with the steak and potato and it was just great! Thanks for posting this Bergy, this recipe is going 'Up North' with us!

I love this on my favorite salad of baby greens, red onion rings & orange slices. I think I've got a new standby. Way to go, Bergy!
