Ellie, this is very good and easy to put together. I really didn't measure the mayo. Did not have the dill seed but did have dill weed. Used about 1/2 tsp of the dill weed. This is a down to earth chicken salad recipe and the ingredients and flavors compliment each other nicely. Thanks for sharing.

I was looking for a no frills but delicious chicken salad and this is it! Very good and easy to put together. I added 1/4 cup of chopped onion but besides that left the recipe as it was. Delicious!

Excellent chicken salad. It was the lemon juice that made it taste so fresh. I poach my chicken in water and pinot grigio wine, in a ration of 2 to 1. I do a small dice on the chicken instead of using the food processor. We just like it a little chunkier. I might have left out the onions, due to some people not liking them. Thank you for posting.

Very good, basic recipe. I used 4 chicken breasts and didn't increase the other ingredients. I also cubed my chicken rather than pulverize it in the food processor. I will definitely make this again and maybe add chopped celery &/or green onion. Thanks!!

Not over the top for us, but it was good! I might add a little Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning the next time for more flavor, and leave out the dill. Thanks Ellie

Great chicken salad! The dill gave this a really nice flavour. I like the freshness of the lemon juice. I used some leftover cooked chicken breast I had in the fridge. Yummy!

Great chicken salad for sandwiches...this is the way I like it - no grapes or other distractions. I did not boil the chicken - it's a nice day so I grilled it and then proceeded with the recipe. First time using the food processor when making chicken salad and it's the way I'll do it from now on as it's so quick and easy. I ended up using a bit less than 1 1/2 cups mayo and found it to be just right. Thanks Ellie for another keeper!
