I took the previous suggestions to heart and cut the potatoes into 1/2" fries, sprayed them with cooking spray and sprinkled them liberally with the seasoning. They baked on a cookie sheet in about 30 minutes. Excellent way to enjoy them, Barb.

These turned out great! I put all the seasonings in a bowl, added the oil and mixed well. I then dumped the slice potatoes into the seasoned bowl to coat. Once coated, I transfered the potatoes on to a foil-lined pan and baked. This was really easy to prepare and so good to eat.

Great recipe. Very easy to make. I used a spray oil to coat the top of the sweet potatoes and then rolled them in the seasoning. Also used on normal potatoes! I cooked in my turbo oven on a rack. Thanks posting!

Very good way to use up my spare sweet potato!! I was in a hurry so I cut it into "chips", they were done in about 35 minutes, we really enjoyed the spices, nice combination, thanks for sharing a good one!!

I goofed and forgot to include the brown sugar in my spice blend. Nonetheless, the results were very good (spicer than intended) and left us fussing over who got the last potato. Makes me glad I mixed a double batch of the other spices to use later. Like the other posters, I cut my potatoes into fries and baked for 30 minutes. Thanks Barb!!

Nice change of pace from the usual sweet potato recipe. I sliced them into french fry size. I wish they were a bit firmer but they were still very good. Thanks, Barb.

I thought this was a great way to eat sweet potatoes without all the butter and sugar. I will make this again, although the men in my family won't give up the idea of butter and sugar on their sweet potatoes.

I make sweet potato fries all of the time. You can just put salt and pepper on them, too. Whatever combination of spices you use, it is great.

This is an amazing recipe. I cut the sweet potatoes into smaller chunks, tossed them with the olive oil and spices and baked them at 350 along with a little pork roast. We loved it.

Great taste, easy way to prepare sweet potatoes! I made fries and they baked in less than 30 min. They don't get crisp sides like white potatoes, they're all soft. And this recipe is spicy!
