Rich, smooth and creamy--that describes this frozen dessert. I made it with vanilla yogurt instead of the plain and decreased the Spelnda to 1/2 cup. DH is a diabetic and this is another wonderful dessert for him. Did not taste like a reduced sugar or diabetic dessert. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

What a great recipe! So smooth, and cool and PEACHY! I love it! I had a larger tin of peaches and used the whole thing, instead of trying to figure out how much 14 oz was. I forgot to reserve the 1/2 cup of juice so I just left it out. I had Danone peach flavour sugar-free, fat-free yogurt so I used that instead of plain and just added Splenda to taste. It took about 40 minutes in my machine before the texture got really nice. It was a hot day here, so I chilled the yogurt and peaches in the freezer for an hour or so first. This one's a real WINNER! Even better, it's healthy, low fat/low calorie AND uses ingredients I usually have around anyway! Thanks for sharing it, Barb.

I used non-fat yogurt and didn't miss the "fat" at all. I think this is on its way to becoming a family staple! Excellent flavor and texture.

This was a big winner in our house. I recently bought an ice cream maker with the idea of making low fat frozen yogurt but so far I have had trouble getting the recipes to thicken up enough. There was no such problem with this recipe. Almost straight away it came together in the machine and only got better from there. I used low fat Greek yogurt but otherwise followed the recipe. I think the bit of vanilla makes the taste of the dish. It stops the fruit from being too sweet and adds a depth to the taste.
