I tried this on rib eyes and was pleased with the results. There is a slight coffee flavor, but it is not overwhelming. We had a steak left over and also some grilled parmesan potatoes. I made a hash from these for lunch today....delicious! I will make this again.

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical. I'm glad I took the leap. It came out surprisingly good. I will definately do this again - but - next time I think I'm going to use DECAF. I'm ready to paint the house now... ( ;

This rub is definitely different. I didn't think it was bad but I also didn't think it was overly special. I couldn't taste the coffee (DH said he could). I felt the main flavor was the pepper. Its always fun to try something new though, so thanks for sharing!

We can taste the coffee but just a little bit. It's delicious. I will do that again. It's fast to do with a lot of taste. I used espresso coffee grinded.
