My in-laws were in town from North Carolina, and I wanted to impress them with a good breakfast. This did it! Great subtle taste, but definately have a home-feel cooked flavor.

I served these for Christmas Brunch yesterday. They are so delicious & full of flavour!! Everyone was gushing with compliments. I followed the recipe exactly & then added a sprinkling of freshly ground pepper before baking. I'm pretty certain I'm going to be asked to make these again & again.

I haven't made these yet, but I'm a nut for not dirtying dishes if I don't have to! So I thought of this shortcut. Why put the potatoes in the pot to mix with all the ingredients? Just put them from the colander into the baking dish and toss with the other ingredients before baking! Saves on messy pot. Just a thought, Lee

Doubled recipe and made it with Christmas breakfast. It was okay, but I don't think I would make it again. Just a preference, but our family likes things that are a little more special and not so everyday ingredients for holiday meals. Thanks for the recipe.

Served this with steaks and French Bread. They were delicious! I fellowed the recipe exactly the way it was written and had no problem. They were GREAT! I added freshly ground pepper before baking also. Its a keeper for sure in my book! Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Fantastic potato recipe. I use it instead of french fries with my burger meals. I reduced the salt and added some crushed red pepper for a little zing. My boys love these....easy, tasty, and satisfying!!

My whole family loves these potatoes! I had some like this during a beach trip once and was so happy to find the recipe on here!
