I have made cornflake chicken before, but always 'winged' it. I saw your recipe and liked the addition of the parmesan cheese...I use to add flour. The parmesan cheese adds much more flavor! Also liked the little kick from the cayenne. This will be my official recipe from now on for CF chicken. I used legs and thighs. I also used my Pampered Chef stoneware baking dish (with sides) instead of the foil. Came out very nice. Thanks!

We all couldn't stop raving over these. Spicy but shockingly my DS's didn't complain they just drank more milk! Instead of spraying the foil with oil I just used non-stick foil. Thank You Buddy Phillips!

Used Special K instead of corn flakes. The pepper was a bit much for the kids, but the results were very very good.

Highly recommended! An excellent dish that my entire family enjoyed. I used chicken legs with skin but otherwise I didn't change a thing. This is a great alternative to frying.

Awesome!!! DC LOVED the recipe and it tastes exactly like fried chicken, but without the deep frying...quick recipe when one is short on time!!!

I just used an egg white with a little water, I'm sure egg beaters would work too if you're like me and trying to cut fat in your diet. This produces a great crispy coating that works well on thighs too. Really good.

Worked really well! Very tasty coating though I'd reduce the cayenne for kids. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

So good! so moist and perfect to have on hand in the fridge. nice that you have control of the fat intake since I find storebought to be to greasy. will do this many times, everybody loves this!!took my specialK and mixed it in my spicegrinder.used this on chicken breasts that I cut in halves. had a leftover eggwhite so used that isntead of the eggs

These are WAY better than fried chicken! My family couldn't stop raving. And I was happy that they were so easy to make. I used Cheddar cheese instead of Parmesan, and I only had 6 chicken legs, but the recipe worked out perfectly. I also poured a little of the leftover egg wash onto the chicken legs after coating with crumbs and before spraying with PAM. Next time I make these I'll try using Colby or Jack cheese and some different spices. Thanks for a wonderful recipe, Buddy P!

Very good! I added a whole teaspoon of cayene pepper. I should not have done that. It was extra spicey. It was a very good and easy dish to make. I will add this to the all-time favorite list! Thanks! -Biz
