Very tasty. The balsamic vinegar really is the star ingredient in this - it permeates throughout the entire dish. The bag made the veggies a bit soggier than I would like and the colors of the veggies were a bit washed out, making the final product less visually appealing. I'd prefer baking this without a bag next time. However, the flavor was really quite good and the veggies were tender. I think you could easily play around with the types of veggies - I'd like to try this next time with some fennel and whole garlic cloves added to the mix.

This is good, but leave out the zucchini. It gets way over done and doesn't look great. Instead use red peppers, they stay much firmer and add a nice color.

This was an interesting combination and I was really hoping to like them. I did not have a cooking bag so I did cook them in heavy duty foil. They cooked in the amount of time given; however, there wasn't enough sauce for the amount of vegetables. Possibly we would have enjoyed them more if I had doubled the amount of sauce, left out the lemon juice and doubled the honey.

Discovered this recipe a few weeks ago and have been making it weekly since. DH finished off the leftovers I had been saving for after a late night at work and I almost cried! (seriously!!)Love the combination of veggies. I also add red pepper rings, and slice the sweet pot VERY thin and the zuchini a little thicker on a bias, and it turns out perfectly every time! Have also used dried sage (1/2 T)mixed in with the sauce in place of fresh and that worked fine too.The colors do get a little washed out but who cares-it tastes GREAT!! Absolutely Love this very easy tasty healthy dish!!

This made a nice side dish to a baked chicken dinner. If you have only tried sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmellows you will be suprised at the mild flavor sweet potatoes really have. I thought the glaze on the vegetables was a nice touch and liked how easy this was to throw together.

Good! I made the recipe as directed using yams. I used a double layer of alunminum foil and cooked it covered on the bbq grill for forty minutes. The orange yams added a nice color contrast to the zucchini. Unfortunately, the overall flavor was too sweet for our tastes. I would suggest leaving out the honey and increasing the amount of lemon juice.

Good grilled veggies. I added some yellow bell pepper to the mix, and instead of slicing the zucchini and potatoes, cut them into 1 inch chunks. Grilled for about 40 minutes and everything was done perfectly. Good blend of flavors and very simple.

Zucchini nor Sweet Potatoes are not my favorite veggies but this recipe almost turned that around. I cut back on the honey and upped the garlic to two cloves. Very attractive when you open the parcel - I did single serving parcels so everyone could open their own. Very nice combination of flavors and use of contest ingredients Thanks who every you are!

These were a very pleasant surprize, because they didn't look like much, kinda zero for looks, but the taste was excellent. I just made half a recipe and it turned out just fine, the balsamic vinegar with the honey and garlic were outstanding, sorry to say couldn't taste the sage, it was overpowered by the vinegar etc. The combination of veggies was much better than we expected, the instructions were very clear and the timing was right on. I would make it again but would leave out the sage and cut down on the honey, it was a bit sweeter than we like. Good Luck in the contest.

I can`t give this any stars because I found it bitter. I don`t know why but I aim to make it again and see why.It really looks pretty. My ingredients were all fine and very fresh when I made this dish.
