VERY, Very good. We enjoyed this simple to make recipe, made it just as the recipe stated, except I did add some salt, pepper and garlic powder to the Parmesan cheese mixture. I made only 2 large chicken breast, the cheese mixture was only enough to cover the 2 chicken breast. So if making 4, I would suggest doubling the cheese mixture. Thank you Claudia for posting the recipe ,I will be making this again and again.

DH and I really enjoyed this dish. Love the fact that it's not only delicious but so low-fat too. You can make it quite versatile by adding your favorite seasonings to the parmesan and crumb coating. Thanks for a great recipe, Claudia Dawn!

We really enjoy this chicken recipe. I like to add a little tomato sauce to the the chicken when I serve it. The only change I make is to place a wire rack on the baking sheet and bake on the wire rack. I find that it allows the chicken to crisp more.

This is quick to fix and ready in 30 minutes or less. I had plenty of the cheese mixture for probably 3 breasts. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that it would have been better if I had added extra seasoning like Barb did. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will add some Italian Seasoning to the mix. Thanks for posting.

Just got done having this for dinner. I used a chicken breast, and two chicken tender pieces that needed to be used up. I pounded the breast thin, so they would cook at the same time. Very moist and tender. I am going to try to cook these and freeze them to go with my OAMC rotation. I think they'll work great as chicken strips!

This recipe is great! I didn't have italian style bread crumbs so I used regular crumbs and tossed in some basil, oregano, garlin and onion powder and it tasted great.

Decent choice for a low-fat entree. I probably will not make it again though.
