This is one review I'm embarrassed to write, but I signed the 'honesty petition'... DH ate the WHOLE BOWL (less two forkfuls) in ONE DAY! When he got halfway through, he stopped long enough to give it 5 stars. When I told him it was fat free, he said to give it one more star! I did get the two forkfuls and it was very good. This would be a good recipe for a summer/fall picnic or potluck. VERY easy to put together, and very tasty.

This was absolutely wonderful! I used green apples instead of red because of preference, and I used french vanilla cool whip. It turned out so delicious! We will be making this often!

This was really good. I'm not one for low fat,no fat foods but I tried this, took it to a picnic and everyone loved this. My husband even said "this is a keeper".

This salad tastes SO GOOD! I have a hard time getting my hubby to eat fruit and he really liked this! It makes a lot for just the two of us so I will halve it next time, otherwise won't change a thing!

This was SO yummy!! It made a lot for just our small family so I think next time I will cut the recipe in half but otherwise it was great!! And I didn't have to feel guilty eating it!

I'm glad a doubled the recipe for this — it's delicious! My picky 8-year-old proclaims it "awesome" — it tastes sinful, but it's not. The recipe called for a 3 oz. box of sugar free/fat free butterscotch pudding, but all I could find was the 1 oz. box (which is 4 servings, equivalent to a 3 oz. box of the full fat/sugar kind) I wasn't sure how many boxes to use, so I did it by taste — three 1 oz. boxes in a doubled recipe seemed to be the winner for me. Really yummy — thanks so much for posting it!!

As a lifetime WW member, I make this salad often, with some slight modifications. I do add 1/2 cup of chopped dry roasted peanuts, use granny smith apples, and mix the pudding, cool whip and pineapple together first to make mixing easier. Tip - don't use half of a big box if you can't find the small pudding box. It's actually too much and the result is a slightly chemical aftertaste. Most of the rave reviews are from people not watching their weight. Always a hit at potlucks. I also say 1/2 cup is a serving, for less points!

This is Really good,it tastes like you are cheating but you are not!! We Just started "heart healthy" eating and were craving sweets - this is great!! This will definately replace our after dinner ice cream!! I used 1 (3 oz) box of regular Jello Pudding, which was fat free, but it did have sugar. A single recipe makes a huge batch - it says 4 servings but we have eaten 4 (good sized) so far and prob have 1/2 of it left. Thanks Claudia Dawn for sharing the recipe!
