This soup is great. I doubled the recipe cause I knew we'd like it. I was right. It has a great flavor. I cooked my veggies in a pressure cooker, then added the broth and spices (I omitted dill). It made enough for several meals. This is a great tasting and healthy soup. You have to try it. You won't be disappointed.

Totally WONDERFULLY DELICIOUS!! I have been searching for a soup recipe similar to this that my mom use to make. Don't remember her's having vinegar or soy sauce. But prepared recipe as directed. Thanks for sharing

A good healthy, hearty soup! I followed the instructions verbatim, using vegetable broth, green beans, cabbage & red peppers. I want to drop 20 lbs so I'll make this again & try different variations; however, I'll cut the soy in half as it was too strong for my taste. Thanx Sharon!

Nice soup. I made the Mexican version, adding a can of diced chilis and using the zuchinni instead of the green beans. For broth I used homemade chicken and I also added about 1/2 cup salsa. I served it with bean burritos made with my homemade fat free whole wheat tortillas and it was good. Not a real intense flavor, just lots of veggies.

Delicious! Great way to get your veggies and to clean out the pantry and crisper, too. Made a double batch and froze the leftovers. Used Pacific organic low sodium vegetable broth which is quite good and very convenient. Loved the touch of vinegar. Thanks, Sharon, for a great recipe!

Excellent soup! I made the regular version using fresh veggies. The only variation I made was I threw in some cilantro that was starting to wilt in my fridge...

VERY GOOD soup, We had it for dinner last eve. Made the regular one used Italian stewed tomatoes, french style green beans, cabbage, fresh zucchini right out of the garden and a small can of mushrooms.I didn't use the dill or the soy sauce, preference.I am going to make the Asian Zero fat soup soon. Thank you Sharon for another delicious recipe.

Even if you're not on a diet, you'll enjoy this soup just because it's very very tasty. I love the mix of herbs. I added a little Splenda, and used Brussels sprouts for the green beans, otherwise no changes were made. I love all of the options listed and I'd love to try them all. Thanx for posting.

I make various versions of what weight watching folks call 0 point soup all the time and enjoy it either as a snack or light meal. They are versatile, easy and a great way to clear out the vegetable. In this case, I added extra cabbage and some frozen limas to replace the green beans. What made this different for me was the unique addition of vinegar, soy sauce and dill. Sounds odd written that way, but they were all terrific additions to my soup pot. Thanks Sharon. A bonne sante!
