12 Reviews of Baked Ziti

Great casserole! I left out the parsley and added garlic to the beef, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. After the first bite my husband looked at me and exclaimed "Wow, this is tasty!" And my 3 year old who barely eats actually had a second helping. Thanks for making me a hit with my family! I will definitely make this again.

Delicioso! I took this to a graduate school party and it was gone in an hour while many other dishes were left sitting there. Big hit! I also added some minced garlic from a jar to the ground beef while browning; it really added flavor. My advice would be to use generic for all the ingredients, but splurge and get a nice pasta sauce. I got a $5.00 jar and it really had a lot of flavor.

Oh. My. Goodness! I had a bunch of things in my fridge that I wanted to use up, and found this recipe while searching for ideas. What a perfect choice I made for tonight's dinner! I made a few modifications: I used ground turkey, and only about half the amount of meat called for (I need to watch my protein intake); added 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic; omitted the parsley (didn't have any) and used dried basil instead. Instead of ziti, I used Trader Joe's fusilli with flax, and for sauce used Trader Joe's tomato-basil marinara. Fantastic! It smelled so good, we had a hard time waiting for it to finish baking! :P Perfect flavor and texture. Thanks for a recipe I'll be making again many times.

So much EASIER than layering things together. I also used Italian Sausage and added a dash of cinnamon to the mixture. WE LOVED THIS!!!!!! Especially my 8 and 2 year old. This will replace our usual baked ziti. THANKS for sharing!

We love this as much as lasagna and it goes much quicker when making it! Companied with some nice fresh Italian bread, it was a wonderful meal that will be repeated!

Great without the meat. Family pleaser. Wonderful leftover if any remains!

Very good ziti. I used italian sausage instead of ground beef, and it was loved by all. Thanks!

Very tasty, and it made so much, I froze half to bake later. Used ground turkey breast instead of beef, and threw in some minced garlic while cooking the meat. Very cheesy and delicious!
