I have only tried asparagus once before and hated it. But this one will make an asparagus lover out of anyone! We put a small amount of fontina cheese on the prosciutto before wrapping it around the asparagus, and spread a little butter on it also. I highly recommend this dish to everyone.... asparagus lovers or not!

I love this dish! I make this quite often, and will be making it for an upcoming Valentine's get together! It's also great, because they're easy for snacking on as well

Very very good. Great side dish for the chicken marsala and risotto dinner I made this weekend. The ensemble looked beautiful on the dinner plate. Thank you very much!

This was an excellent dish. To cut down on the fat I used an Olive Oil Mister and that worked great.

Yummy. I also had left over filo dough and a cheese dip which I added to the recipe. Just rolled it up with it!

I couldn't find any large asparagus so I used baby ones. After boiling, I wrapped several of them with Prosciutto. I didn't put any seasoning and put them in the oven at 180C for about 5 minutes (that's because I was distracted for a while). By then the Prosciutto had wrapped itself firmly around the asparagus. Simple and elegent in presentation and the taste is lovely!! I'll definitely use this recipe for occasions when I have to WOW peeps and I am very sure they will be! Definitely a Keeper.

These were very nice and simple. The prosciutto gave a nice bacon-like flavor to the asparagus. We enjoyed this. Thanks!

this is such a great recipe.. I used all the ingredients but i didn't pre-boil the asparagus. I just wrapped the prosciutto around the asaparagus and sprinkled lightly with pepper and olive oil. then i preheated the oven to 450 and roasted for 5-7 minutes.... they came out perfect!!! all my guests were very impressed!!! they tasted amazing!!! thanks for sharing such a simple yet elegant recipe!
