These were very tasty with a great banana flavor! I did not add the nuts due to an alergy, however I will next time. Your muffin recipe also came out nice and moist. Thanks for another great one Eve, Di

These are excellant. I added a bit of vanilla just because I don't bake without it. Very moist! Just what I was looking for!

these were one of the best banana muffin recipes i've ever tried, finally one that is moist and has a good banana flavour. The only thing i would do different is next time i would reduce the amount or sugar used, i found the a bit too sweet. I also toasted the walnuts before putting them in, it gives them a more prominent taste.thanks again Evie for a awesome recipe

These muffins are so great. I was trying to cut calories of I added 1/2 Cup Splenda and 1/4 Cup sugar, used egg beaters instead of a whole egg, or 2-3 egg whites, replaced the butter with applesause and used Stone Buhr whole wheat flour, which seems to work best, instead of all-purpose flour. These come out great every time I make them and are low calorie, higher fiber and very filling!!! This is a great recipe.

I made these this morning. Very nice and light. Only change I made was to add about 2 tsp. lemon juice to the bananas as I like the end product a lighter color. This will be my old-banana-user-upper. from now on. Also should note I made 6 jumbo muffins from this recipe. 375F for 20 minutes was still just perfect.

This is truly the best banana muffin recipe I have ever made. The only small change I made was using brown sugar instead of white as we like them a little darker. This is going into my permanent collection. Thanks.

These were delicious!! And soooo easy and fast to make!! Looking at the recipe again, I think I might have added 1/2 cup butter instead of 1/3 . . . but in my book, the more butter the better!! I also used 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg and toasted pecans instead of walnuts. They have already been requested again!

Excellent muffins! I didn't have any nuts on hand, but turned out great anyhow. Very moist with a nice banana flavour. Can't wait till the bananas darken-up so I can make more.

These were great. I added 1/2 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. I loved the way the outside has a very slight crisp, and the inside is nice and moist. I put them in for about 18 minutes. Will make again the next time I have a few left over bananas!
