These are addictive! My husband will usually only eat one or two cookies if I make something besides Almond Spritz Press Cookies or Thick, Soft, and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies but even he loved these cookies and kept sneaking out to the kitchen for another one. They are soft and chewy and easy to make with a unique flavor. Thanks so much for sharing it!

These cookies are awesome. I live in a higher altitude though, so I used bread flour instead of regular flour and had to add about 1 - 2 teaspoons of water as the batter was dry, which I believe is from the higher altitude.

These cookies are for serious coconut lovers! They are so delicious I hope someone comes home soon and stops me before I eat them all ! I'm in the middle of baking my second batch and wish I had doubled the recipe!

Theses were super easy to make. My young sons loved them. Next time I'm adding white choc chips.

We just finished making and eating about half of them. I used margarine instead of butter and they were still outstanding. Will make again. I made them bigger too, only got about 24 out of the batch so I had to cook them longer.

Delicious buttery cookie. Tender crisp. For 1/3 of the recipe, I added a single pastel jelly bean in the center right after the batch was cooked, when they were still very soft. The cookie made a beautiful "nest" for the "egg". Perfect for an Easter treat.

Okay, a bit sweet for me. Make sure that you leave plenty of space between cookies on the cookie sheet!

Very good! I added just a bit of cream of coconut (like what you'd put in a pina colada) to addmore coconut flavor. Yum!
