Excellent! Excellent! I served this to (rather picky) company today and they just raved about it. My husband doesn't care for mushrooms so I left those out, and I doubled the recipe, added a little mustard powder for added zing, and they couldn't get enough of it. Thanks for a "keeper" recipe!

    After researching lots of other recipes, I chose this one. What a hit!!! Not too heavy.....just right. However, I must admit that I added a pinch of dried mustard. Other than that, did not change a thing. Again, thanks!

    This is a keeper.Always wanted to make stroganoff but,could never find a recipe that appealed to me.I did not change a thing,family enjoyed this.Thank You,Linda

    Very delicious. I fixed it with leftover roast and omitted the mushrooms for the picky eaters at my house. A definite keeper!

    Very good recipe, but I can't leave them as is. I added some mustard powder and horseradish and some red wine. Turned out great

    Both, my wife and I didn't really care for the taste. Was very easy to make and quick to make, but just didn't hit the spot. Not sure if we did something wrong, but was not my favorite. Needed more flavor.

    This one went straight to my Mmm Mmm good cookbook. I fixed exactly as posted. Although I am surprised I had enough sauce left for the meat after all the wonderful taste tests. The best part was it is a quick and easy recipe to make. The only change I will do is brown the meat and mushrooms first, and use the same pot to saute the onions. Thank you for a wonderful keeper.
