Terrific salad! I must confess that I didn't have any kalamatas on hand (is that a prosecutable offense in Greece??) but I followed the rest of this to a T. Loved the dressing--quite tart but really nice Will be having this again!

I made this for a girl's night tea party I held at my home. It was very good. The only thing I did different is to add a little salt to the dressing. My friend's loved it! Great recipe!

Wonderful salad - used some black sliced olives along with the kalamatas and grape tomatoes instead of the regular.

A beautifully colorful and delicious salad. I loved the dressing (I did add a tiny bit of sugar to it). Thanx for a wonderful salad recipe. I'll make this again.

I love Greek salad - there's just something divine about the red onion/feta/kalamata olives combo. LOVED the dressing, can't believe I've never used garlic before! Served this at a party and the salad bowl was polished clean in no time. Thank you Ev!

This is a very pretty salad. The colorful veggies offset by the white feta is gorgeous...and also delicious! I really liked the dressing for this salad - it really complimented the veggies. Oregano isn't a normal spice in my usual dressings but really enjoyed it here. I also enjoyed the amount of garlic as I am a garlic lover! This is a definite make again salad.

LOVED this recipe - thanks Evelyn! In fact, I served it with a couple of your other posted recipes for a Greek-themed dinner party and they were all a huge hit (Tzatziki & Arni Kleftiko). We were wondering about the need to soak the red onions and decided that it probably makes them milder, which was a great discovery as I've always found them to be too strong, so thanks also for that little trick. Looking forward to trying out more of your postings. Cheers,
Jen

This was a very tasty salad. We loved the combination of flavors and the light, flavorful dressing complimented the entire salad. I did add some salt, fresh ground pepper, extra oregano and a small amount of sugar to the dressing. It not only tasted yummy, but it was very pretty to look at. I was glad I chose this recipe for the Zaar World Tour 2006. Thank you for sharing.

Easy and delicious which is all I ask for really! Ev', I had to add fresh basil to this to feed my basil drug addiction. Also added some mixed greens in with the romaine lettuce used. Thanks for sharing! cg
