So quick - so easy - so delicious! Made recipe exactly as written. The salmon was so moist and wonderfully flavored. It's definitely a keeper! Thanks Paula for posting.

So simple, so very tasty. Complements the flavor of a nice salmon fillet without overpowering it. A nice recipe to keep in the back of your mind when you are pressed for time (and ingredients) but still want something nice--which I guess is just about always. Thanks for posting !

Terrific! I was looking for a salmon recipe that wasn't sweet — most of mine involve maple syrup or honey, and that wasn't what was called for tonight. This was light and savory, and the flavor of the salmon survived the garlic. I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for posting this!

I used four very large cloves of garlic which made it a bit too strong. Next time I will cut the garlic down to 2 large cloves. The salmon was very moist and ours took about 14 minutes.

The salmon came out perfectly in just 8 minutes, couldn't ask for a quicker tastier recipe. I followed the recipe ingredients exactly and can't say that I would alter a thing.

I love the smell of garlic in the oven, we had been out all day and I was looking for something quick and easy for the 3 salmon fillets I had. Kept the measurements as stated and just knew after 10 minutes in the oven we were going to be very happy! Great flavours will make again.

Simple ingrediants, simple technique and cooks up easy too - not to mention, fast. There is nothing simple about the taste though - it's full and tasty and the various flavours all balance out nicely. This is a dish that's perfect for those busy family weeknight rush dinners yet tasty and pretty enough to serve to the most special of company. I didnt' change a thing. Used a nice dry white BC wine (Sonora Ranch Pinot Grigio) to go with our fresh Pacific Coast Salmon and served with slices of fresh lime and lemon. Thank you for this recipe! Made for ZWT4 UPDATE - I prepared this meal the night while the house was cool after a hot day. I saved the juices from the pan and popped everything in the fridge. It was so hot yesterday that I just served it cold with the juices poured over top - I have to tell you that this recipe is excellent both hot OR cold
