I used your recipe to cook just 2 pork chops, it worked out very well!! Nice change from the usual coats on pork chops. Instead of a frypan I cooked them on an in door grill. I was afraid they might be dry done on the grill, but the cracker crust kept them nice and moist inside while making the outside crisp and delicious. I didn't have any ritz crackers in so I used what I had, Vegetable Thins, we loved it!! In the end they kind of had a nutty flavour. Very easy and quick recipe which I will be using often, thanks for sharing.

This will be the only wasy I make easy night chops now. So quick, so easy. You definately HAVE to use ritz crakers for the coating though, that's the whole secret to this recipe. It adds to it a buttery flavour (I used the 65% less salt Ritz crackers) These were awesome. I will try grilling them next time. I served this up with Lois' So Yummy Baked Potato Salad and Chippie's 4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp Recipe. Awesome, thanks for sharing.

Delicious. Added a dash of sage, thyme, and salt and pepper to the crumbs. Thanks Sheila.

The crackers make a great crusty coating. I did add a little garlic powder to the flour. Very good tasting

I was surprised at how good this was! First time I tried this with Ritz crackers, and the second time using Saltine crackers. Very easy to make. Clear and easy recipe directions-I appreciate that. cg

Those indeed taste nice. Cooked only 2 pork chops as well and used simple crackers. Also added some spices like sage and thyme in the flour.Turned out very good. Will try again and add garlic this time.

Wonderful! Made with only 2 chops. Very, very easy and such great flavor. Made on indoor grill as I don't like to fry foods.
